A privately owned villa with mountain and ocean views and a 350 meter walk to the small secluded beach of Loutraki. Loutraki beach has a steep incline which is unsuitable for the infirm. Amenities 3 Bedroom consisting of a double en suite, double and twin which share a family bathroom. Also a large living/dining area and separate kitchen. Air conditioning is in all bedrooms and wifi is available. Large garden area, with sunbeds and furniture for al fresco dining. We are deep cleaning between guests all bedding washed mattress covers pillow under cases as well as our normal clean everything will be wiped down and sprayed with the recommended chemicals to make your stay as safe as we possibly can .We are very lucky here in Kefalonia and at this time we are covid free .
