The various living rooms, two kitchens, six bedrooms and five bathrooms are spread over three floors and furnished in a traditional Tuscan rustic style. Partially shaded garden; private pool with sun loungers and parasols; inside the property a small park and a playground with ping-pong, bowls and badminton. The owner loves to spoil his guests with products from his own garden; The wine and olive oil can be tasted and bought on site and, on request, the owner can cook for the guests local dishes. A path leads directly from the house to the old Etruscan city, Cortona, which offers its visitors a particularly splendid and lively historical centre; picturesque squares, the venerable ancient town hall, the Etruscan museum, the castle above. Many shops, bars and taverns invite guests to discover the town while cultural events such as concerts and exhibitions of all kinds take place here the whole year long. Directly from the house you can wonderfully walk and ride your bike on the surrounding hills. Do not miss the visit of the nearby Trasimeno Lake (10 km) with its sandy beaches and picturesque islands. Within an hour you can reach Arezzo (30 km), Perugia (45 km), Siena (80 km) and many interesting small hill towns like Montepulciano (30 km) and Pienza (40 km).
