Near the Eure and the ponds, a completely independent pavilion with private shaded garden welcomes you to a pretty village south of Chartres. Fishing, walks, horseback riding, cycling and many other activities await you in the surrounding area. Independent house (140 m²), accessible by a few steps, located in a village, comprising: On the ground floor: Kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, classic coffee maker and Senséo, toaster etc..... Living/dining room (29 m²) with TV, telephone and wifi access 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 140 (baby bed, high chair and bath available) 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds of 90 Bathroom bathroom with washing machine, separate WC Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds Living room with TV Shower room/WC Enclosed garden (400 m²) with garden furniture, barbecue and Sun bathing. Oil heating. Possibility of renting sheets and cleaning fee. Animals welcome with supplement (compulsory cleaning fee).
