The flat (40m2) is fully equipped. There is a living room with a fitted kitchen with access to the terrace and garden, a bathroom (shower, bathtub) and a bedroom with a queen-size bed. A crib is available. It has its own terrace and the garden is accessible via the apartment. There is free parking on the premises. A parking space in a garage is available for a fee.
