It is completely renovated and consists of a spacious living room with a built-in kitchen and 4 bedrooms. The exterior of this apartment is dream-like, with a large, completely fenced private pool (making it perfect for guests travelling with children), a large barbecue area where you can enjoy a pleasant evening with your family and a large communal garden where children can have a great time playing. It is 2 kilometres from the town of Riells, where you will find all amenities, and only 20 kilometres from the beaches of Calella, Malgrat and Blanes. The road which leads to the property is not completely asphalted. Please note: This holiday home will only be rented to families and guests over 30 years of age. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate.
