Oasis close to Gothenburg downtown and beaches!

The house has a perfect layout for two families, and is spacious both indoors and outdoors. There is a very nice secluded garden and a huge patio with evening sun and a Weber gas grill for you to use! 25 min drive to downtown Gothenburg, or just a few minutes walk to the bus. Nice beach with both sand, rocks, playground, restaurant and fantastic nature is just a few minutes away. Safe and quiet family neighboorhood. There are playgounds just outside the house. Perfect house for two families to share, in both parts of the house is complete bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, living room with sofa that you also can sleep in. Also there is a door you can close to separate these two areas. Kitchen and dining area is an open area perfect for many people, the dining table can be expanded and easily seats 12 people. By the table there is a big glass that opens up nicely out a large patio with dining table, heaters and a Bluegaz gas grill. For you to use there is also a huge trampoline (4,3 m), pingpong table and a basketball hoop. Perfekt hus att dela på två familjer, i båda ändarna av huset finns komplett badrum, 2 sovrum och vardagsrum med soffa som man också kan sova i. Dessutom finns möjlighet att stänga dörr mellan de två delarna. Kök och matplats har en öppen planlösning passar perfekt för stora sällskap, matbordet går att förlänga så att man får plats 12 personer. Vid matbordet är det glasparti man kan öppna upp för att komma direkt ut på stor uteplats med kvällssol, Bluegaz gasolgrill, sittmöbler och infravärmare. För er att använda finns också en stor studsmatta (4,3 m), pingisbord och en basketkorg. Access to all areas except the garage and some of the closets. Ett par minuters promenad ner till buss som snabbt och enkelt tar dig in till stan. A few minutes walk to the bus that takes you to downtown Gothenburg. Most of the electricity is provided from own solar cells on the roof.
