The apartment is about 135 square meters, consists of a very large living room with underfloor heating, a bright bedroom and a second bright room that can be used as a second bedroom. The spacious bathroom has a modern washing machine, a modern tumble dryer, a whirlpool bath, a large rain shower, a new toilet and sufficient bathroom furniture, as well as all shower utensils including towels. In the living room there is an extendable XXL couch that offers additional space for sleeping (2 people), as well as a large dining table with 6 chairs - ideal for a family or group. Since the living room is so large, the apartment can be easily divided into 3 separate sleeping areas. If we know how the sleeping arrangements should be divided up when you make your booking, we will set up the beds accordingly. In any case, please let us know how the group is to be divided - we will implement it for you in advance. The apartment is very quiet because it is located at the back facing the courtyard and garden. The street at the front is in the restricted traffic area. Bicycles can be parked in the back yard in the carport. The entrance area consists of 7 steps, then leads into the hallway with some shoe cupboards, then you enter the apartment. Everything is on one floor. Check in via automatic lock and smartphone app. Completely contactless and therefore totally safe and also completely flexible in terms of time is conceivable. Not only the apartment, but also our surroundings have a lot to offer: You can get the daily fresh bread directly in the "Nestlermühle", about 200m away from the apartment. Aldi and beverage stores are approx. 250m away, Kaufland and OBI approx. 800m from the apartment. The river mouth of the Schwarza into the Saale is about 900m on foot from the apartment. Nutrias can often be seen and fed there. With a little luck you can see trout in the water. The Thuringian Forest is ideal for hiking, biking, hiking, jogging, skiing (downhill and cross-country skiing) and swimming. The wild and romantic Schwarzatal is only a few minutes away by car, as are the centers of Rudolstadt and Saalfeld. In any case, it is worth visiting the Heidecksburg and the Schillerhaus in Rudolstadt, as well as a ride on the Oberweißbacher Berg- und Schwarzatalbahn. Depending on the direction of travel, you will find a bus stop for local public transport 50m or 150m away from the apartment, which you can use to travel comfortably to Saalfeld or downtown Rudolstadt. Furthermore, a train stop is very easy to reach in about 800m on foot. From there you can get to Berlin, Frankfurt etc. in 3 hours by German train. Therefore, traveling by train is not a problem at all and, depending on your luggage, can easily be done without a taxi to the apartment. No parties please, elderly and people in need of care live in the same house. To much noise is strictly prohibited. Otherwise you will find a place to relax and rest for up to 6 people.
