Our five story town house is centrally located and boasts a wealth of original features, including two open fires and sash windows. There is parking for two cars and an enclosed, private rear garden. It is like a little secret, tucked away on a private gravel drive away from the main road. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with an Aga, ( a Sheila mais above for drying), leading into a large breakfast room with dining area, fireplace and smart tv. The useful garden room leads onto the private paved garden. On the first floor is the spacious drawing room with open fireplace and smart tv. There is a study and bathroom. On the Second floor you will find 2 king size bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom: the attic is spacious, light and airy and has two single beds. The utility room is in the basement along with a shower room, toilet and two reception rooms The entire house is available for guests. We will be available for any assistance required but will leave you to yourselves in privacy. Ten mins walk from shops bars and restaurants, twenty mins walk to station, 25 min drive to Birmingham airport. Quiet tucked away terrace. An oasis at the top of town. There is Warwick castle nearby, beautiful parks and gardens, a thriving theatre community, tennis club, golf clubs, sports centre with swimming pool and gym. There is a good and frequent bus service. We are very near a friendly garage if you need an MOT or your car won’t start !! Convenient for town on foot. Train station, motorways, airport, buses all serve Leamington Spa really well. It is also a flattish area for cycling. We are really close to town but tucked away in a quiet area. There is parking for two cars which is unusual for a house like this. The shops, bars and restaurants of Leamington are a ten minute walk away and the station a twenty minute walk. ( about a mile ). There is garden furniture, washing line, access to log-store. There is a large basement with two rooms for chilling out, or for storage. Every room is large and bright. The house is toasty and warm in the winter and cool and airy in the summertime. We have a gorgeous resident cat called Spike whom you wouldn’t even know was here ! Requires feeding twice a day please. He does love the occasional cuddle and is used to dogs if you were to bring one.
