We are pleased to welcome our guests to stay in our 230m² home for a minimum 3 night stay. Property sits on 4000m² land, entirely enclosed and private with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a heated indoor pool, a large 80m² double terrace and ample parking space. Local businesses are less than 5 kms away in the town of Voves and the city of Chartres is 20kms away. This space is perfect for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy a relaxing getaway just one hour from Paris. The space offers Smart Home technology, with the famous brownser assistant, you can make commands like turning the lights on and off or watch TV. Heating is guaranteed throughout the home, hot water and heating for the pool. Air conditioning is available in three of five bedrooms. A wood stove is available at your convenience in the living room and the firewood is provided. The pool is heated all year long around 27/28°celcius An outdoor inflatable structure may be install on demand for a 150€ fees, regardless how long you'll stay Personal/damage insurance or "assurance de responsabilité civile" will be necessary by all guests as well as a 1500€ damage deposit. We prioritize families with children, couples and business professionals. We ask that you please respect our neighbors, as the neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet.
