Hayloft offers one double with en-suite bathroom. A smart, modern loft-style apartment for two, the Hayloft offers sleek, open-plan accommodation set within traditional, thick cob walls. Enjoy the comforts of home throughout one large living space, which includes a fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washer-dryer. The dining and lounge areas are fully equipped with a TV, DVD and CD player. The double bedroom has a modern en-suite shower room. There is a decked patio area with table, chairs and barbecue facilities. Towels and bed linen are included. There is free wifi available. No smoking inside any of our properties. Thank you. At the farm we have a large indoor heated swimming pool and games room with DVD library, pool and table tennis tables and skittle ally. Booking all or a combination of cottages enables a maximum group size of twenty two with opportunities to eat and socialise as one group. Great for special birthdays, family get togethers or simply to meet up with old friends. Great Gutton Farm offers you a chance to escape, relax and unwind. About 40 minutes from both the North and South coast and with Exmoor and Dartmoor nearby it's a great place to start exploring from. The busy market town of Crediton is nearby and Exeter is only 20 minutes away with its historic quayside and superb shopping facilities. All the five properties have well equipped kitchens and there is free Wifi in all cottages.
