Stunning Family Home near Petworth with 12 acres

Family home sleeps 12. In beautiful village 2 mins drive from Petworth. Magnificent views over Downs & 12 acres surrounding the house with magical walks all around. We have croquet/ping pong/badminton and wild swimming in local rivers. Also lake with rowing boat & fields that lead down to a stream and through rambling woods. Walk to Petworth in 20 mins. 2 S/king Beds and 4 dble beds all w/ensuites. Large kitchen, sitting Rm & dining Rm. Cloak/rm. log Cabin avail to rent if need extra space. We are next door to the Black Horse Pub. This is open all for lunch and supper and serves delicious food and drinks and has a lovely large SW facing garden for summer days & evenings to eat outside . Our village is also very friendly too. We are a 2 minute drive from Petworth Town where you can visit Petworth House and walk through Petworth Park. We are 15 minutes from Midhurst Town where you can visit Cowdray Cafe and also watch the Polo during the Summer. We are 20 minutes from Goodwood too and be part of all it's fantastic events. Pulborough train station is 10 minute drive and there is also a frequent bus service at the end of our drive too. Taxis are also available if pre booked. Access to all of the property and grounds. 12 acres in total. I am always easily contactable if guests need anything. The Old Tanneries works very well for a family holiday or for getting friends together. The village is very friendly and often called a Hamlet. The pub is very close by and friendly which is extremely convenient if you don't feel like cooking one evebung. The walks are stunning all around and the house very peaceful indeed and surrounded by never ending beautiful views. There is plenty of space for a few cars to park within the property. The trains are frequent to Pulborough too and we have plenty of taxi services around. We have a cabin and also a 2 bedroom cottage quite close by if a family needed extra space for other family members to join them. These are both on air b n b too and can be booked separately.
