The house being classified as a heritage gem was originally built in the 1930's, however was newly renovated a few years ago.The house is located on the North West Portion of Vaal de Grace, the only house on this side of the Golf Estate. Which of course means lots of privacy and more than enough parking space. The house comfortably sleeps 10 adults, additional beds/ cots can be arranged for children under the age of 12. The basic house design being derived from the "typical" Karoo Farm style home; living areas in the centre with a large wrap around porch on the outside, makes this house comfortable & ideal for large groups. It must be noted that the house has 4 bedrooms.
