Newly built, pet-friendly, 4-beds self-contained ground floor flat. In a fantastic town location with a 5-minute walk to the train station for easy links to London, Oxford, and Reading. The perfect place to stay if you are looking to visit the big cities but don't want to be in the city centers! If you are looking for somewhere with great transport links to London, Oxford and Reading as well as welcoming very behaved puppy's then my flat is the place! About the Flat - Main living space: A spacious open plan Kitchen, Dining & Living Room that is perfect for a family stay, couples weekend break, or as a place to stay to commute into the city. You will have your own access to the property so can come and go as you please. I have provided games and books as well as having a TV with Freeview and a built-in DVD player - I have started a DVD collection but please feel free to bring your own! Wi-Fi also available free of charge Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms - 1 with a double bed & the other with two single beds Bathroom: Clean and modern shower & bath with towels provided Kitchen: Self-Catering. Everything you will need to make a great meal for 4! However, if you don't fancy cooking then we are very lucky to have some amazing pubs, restaurants, and deliveries available in close proximity. Garden: Shared garden space. I have made a welcome pack which is located within the flat which contains a guide for local attractions (both free & paid) as well as useful information you may need during your stay. I also have a link that will answer any questions you may have throughout your stay, to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Please note if you are booking a long-term stay, additional cleaning, linen, or towels throughout your stay are not included. We will use our best efforts to ensure that all equipment within the house is in good working order, although we are unable to guarantee that any equipment will not break down during your stay, and therefore such a breakdown does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustments made for any such mechanical failure. In the event of a breakdown, I will use my best efforts to remedy the situation as soon as possible after notification of the breakdown. There will be no refunds or rebates given for inoperable appliances or faulty equipment, unfavorable weather, interruption of utilities, or minor maintenance problems. No rebates will be given for malfunctions of cable equipment or reception that affect the TV or Internet access. I will be available via Airbnb messenger throughout your stay. Didcot is 15 miles south of Oxford, 10 miles east of Wantage, and 15 miles northwest of Reading.
