A modern studio with gorgeous views of the valley and forest. The space is full of light with panoramic views. New fully-equipped kitchen, this space is ready to welcome you. There is a luxurious UK king-sized bed (150x200cm). Parking is directly in front of the house. We are environmentally friendly people, so we like it when you separate your rubbish. You will have access to the apartment through a shared hallway, however when we have guests we endeavor to access the property by a separate entrance. We can store your bikes in the garage if needed. We are a family living at the house with our two children aged 7 and 6 years old. We have lived in Luxembourg since 2007 and recently became Luxembourgish citizens. We love our home and where we live and are very happy to answer any questions. There is a shared front door, however the apartment has its own key and is completely private from the rest of the house. When guests are staying we use another door to access the house. Self check-in available if required. A very friendly quiet and calm neighborhood, with a family feel, children play on the street. The apartment is located on a cul-de-sac, so there is little traffic. Behind the house are many beautiful forest walks and a field with cows. There are also donkeys and chickens nearby (although we rarely hear them). The large supermarket Cactus is 5 minutes drive or on direct bus line,and there is also the organic supermarket Naturata at the working farm "Kass Haff". Regular buses to the city and a direct train connection to Pfaffenthal (Kirchberg),Luxembourg City, Mersch, Ettlebruck Kirchberg 12 mins Mullerthal 25 mins La Rochette 15 mins Bissen (Zone Artisanale et Commerciale Klengbusbierg) 15 mins Goodyear 15 mins Vianden 35 mins Mersch 9 mins The bus stop is 7 mins walk and train station 8 mins. We are a strictly non-smoking house, so we do not host smokers.
