Apartment "Götzentor" quiet and cozy / home office

"Hello", I'm apartment "Senderblick". I am 50sqm and can easily accommodate 1-2 guests for short or long periods. My owner made me very comfortable and you will feel right at home. So that this is possible for all guests, you cannot smoke with me. I am in a family home in a quiet location. Even more advantages? Separate entrance and you are all to yourself. Well-known companies can be easily reached within a radius of 20-30 km. I can briefly introduce myself: No, that would take too long ........ Let yourself be inspired by the pictures. Everything looks exactly the same. Just a few important details: There are enough chests of drawers and showcases to store things. 2 comfortable sofas to relax, a flat screen TV (42 ') and a large wardrobe, with drawers, shelves and hangers for shirts and suits for the business people among you. There is also enough space on the dining table to set up a laptop and I have improved WiFi since October 2018. A good breakfast and smaller dishes can be prepared in the kitchen. And another "IMPORTANT": I love it when I am really ventilated in the morning and after preparing food. In the bathroom you will find everything you need as a guest. A hair dryer, shower gel and toilet paper. Fresh towels are ready on arrival and the beds are freshly made. Of course, between the individual stays I will be cleaned by my owner and brought back to challenger. So that everything is ready for the next guest again. She attaches great importance to this. In the storage room you will find cleaning agents, cleaning rags and vacuum cleaners so that you can lend a hand for a longer stay. Unfortunately I don't have a washing machine. But here Sabine can help you out. For a small compensation that has to be paid in cash, she does your laundry. A covered terrace completes the offer. From here you have a beautiful view of our garden and the landmark of Mühlacker the "SENDER". It would be nice if you could wash the dishes, put them away and dispose of the garbage before you leave. Then I don't look so messy. Smoking in the apartment and on the terrace is not allowed! You can park your car comfortably on the street. There is always something free here. I am conveniently located and still very quiet. So good connection options: A bus stop is in the immediate vicinity and the train station can be reached by bus line 103, in 7 minutes or on foot in 20 minutes. From here, trains run every 30 to 60 minutes in the direction of Stuttgart, the state capital, or to the Baden metropolis of Karlsruhe. The Pforzheim Ost junction on the A8 can be reached in about 10 minutes. Porsche in Weissach or other companies in Mönsheim and Heimsheim can be easily reached in about 20 to 25 minutes. The Thyssenkrupp company is in town. The apartment has a separate entrance and a nice large covered terrace. You use both for yourself. When you arrive, Sabine will be there to show you everything and answer any questions you may have. If not, then simply check in with the key box and you will get to know each other a little later. We are in nature but also in the city. There is an indoor pool and an outdoor pool, we are on the Enztalradweg. Here you can experience something or enjoy nature. Good Connection to the bus and the railway. In 2 minutes to the next bus stop. Here you can reach the main train station of Mühlacker in about 7 minutes. Every 30 to 60 minutes there are trains to the state capital Stuttgart or to the Baden metropolis Karlsruhe. The junction Pforzheim Ost of the A8 can be reached in about 10 minutes. Various large companies such as Bosch, Porsche can be reached without any Problems. Many attractions in the region In the area there are many castles, palaces, adventure park Tripsdril, bathing lakes and much more. The Monastery Maulbronn z.B (World Heritage of UNESCO) can be reached in about 15 minutes. A folder with sights and events of the region is located in the apartment.
