We welcome you to our family owned and managed Self-Catering Guest House in Rüdigershagen, Thuringia, Germany. It is set in 1 acre of private grounds including private forest land and gardens. It is ideal for relaxation, hiking, walking and cycling or local adventures! The guest house has 2 king size bedrooms for 4 people. Extra beds for upto 2 additional people at an extra cost of €10 each is possible. The Guest House is newly furnished and situated on a quiet hillside near a forest overlooking the countryside. It is close to the A38, 25.5 miles away from Göttingen and 47 miles to Erfurt. The closest airport is Erfurt-Weimar and is 34.2 miles away. Other airports are Leipzig-Halle or Hannover. The Guest House has 2 king size bedrooms with seating areas to relax in. There is a fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and a kettle. The lounge has a seating area with a widescreen flat TV. You can surf the internet with the Android TV, enjoy games and use the USB port for private films or music. The bathroom has a bath tub, shower and hairdryer. For your comfort, you will find slippers and free toiletries. Children stay free of charge and prams, car seats, highchairs, baby bath are available on request. There is free wireless internet in all rooms and free parking for up to 4 cars. Garden furniture and BBQ are available on the terrace and garden. Guests have access to the entire property. We will be available to offer help throughout your stay. The forest guest house is close to the motoway A38 and about 40 min away from Göttingen. There is a bus station in the village and the next train station is in Niederorschel, about 4 km away. The area is ideal for hiking and cycling or visiting castles. For wellness & spa there are swimming pools, a salt cave, salt pool, sauna, beauty and spa nearby. There is a "Grenzlandmuseum" in Teistungen that is situated at a former major official border crossing station that existed between East and West Germany until 1989.
