Simple and relaxing country house A beautiful 100 years old house renovated with a contemporary design that respects tradition. It is 100 m2, with a spacious paved yard in which you can enjoy a lunch or dinner in the big table with a view in Aegean Sea, relax at the hammock or at the sun beds as there is always shadow under the trees. The house has two bedrooms with double beds and a spacious living room where you can relax at the two couches close by the stove. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils and there is also a big dining table. Everywere in the house and in the yard. The village is 35 kilometers away from Volos following the highroad. At a 5 kilometers distance from the village there are two wonderful beaches of Aegean Sea. The first one called Potoki, is a small beach with pebbles and the second one called Pantazi Ammos is a bigger one also with pebbles and nice clear water. If the winds are strong in the Aegean Sea resulting to big waves, there are plenty of options from the side of Pagasitikos Bay where you can enjoy a calm sea in less than 10 kilometers. Νear by, you can also find other beautiful and traditional villages like Argalasti, Neochori, Milies etc. The house is easily accessible by car as you can stop in front of the yard’s door and is 5 minutes from the village’s central square and the mini market. At the square there is a nice Greek restaurant under the shadow of plane trees and few meters away there is a small modern coffee shop.
