Beautifully renovated former cow shed set in picturesque countryside. Ideally located for exploring the Peak District and conveniently close to the towns of Matlock & Matlock Bath. Gorgeously decorated with maroon log burning stove, scrumptious sofas, wet room with waterfall shower and a cosy bedroom for two. Onsite parking. We welcome on wee hound A cosy barn just for 2! Open plan living, dining, kitchen with whitewashed floors, furnished with lovely contemporary furniture, artwork and antiques. Small garden with patio area, outdoor seating and off road parking. Surrounded by open countryside with lots of places to explore. The Barn is self contained and is adjacent to the owners 17th Century farmhouse. Off road parking for one vehicle Plenty to explore, the cow shed is located along a quiet country lane. Chatsworth, Haddon Hall, Tissington, Monsall Dale all within an easy drive - and a must for your stay. For foodies, there are plenty of scrumptious places to eat nearby -Fuel in Holloway and Lea Gardens are our favourites. Cromford Station is approx 3 miles and Matlock has a bus station. Use of a car is strongly advised due to the rural location of the Cow Shed. The Cow Shed is predominantly heated by log burning stove - with the addition of oil fired radiators - nice and toasty.
