Self contained suite near Lambourn Racing Stables

My place is close to the Lambourn racing stables. The suite comprises a small living room with a large sofa/bed and a bedroom with a small double bed. We also pride ourselves on offering a very substantial breakfast. The ensuite bathroom is situated between the two rooms. There are televison sets in both rooms. There are french doors to a walled patio from both rooms. The breakfast room can be reached through the patio or through the house. There is a separate entrance from the back of the house. There is a highly recommended pub in the village. The countryside around us a very rural, you walk along the gallops. There is parking behind our house by the garage doors. The village of Eastbury is about 5 miles from Exit 14 of the M4.
