Modern room with private bathroom and kitchen

My name is Jana and I have lived in Prague my whole life. I would love to rent out my room to you - it is located in our modern, recently constructed house. The room is very private, it has its own private bathroom with shower, private mini-kitchen and is accessible via a private entrance, thus guaranteeing privacy for our guests. The house is located on a hill with great views of Prague available, whilst also being easily accessible from downtown Prague via public transport. Enjoy your stay! Our house is located in a quiet, residential area of Prague - very suitable for couples or families wishing to take a relaxing break. However, it's only a quick 30 minutes journey to the heart of Prague by public transport (or 10 minutes by car), and thus making it easy and accessible to explore this beautiful city! The nearest bus stop (Kamýcká) is a 10 minute walk away. The room itself consists of one double bed and a sofa (which can be converted into another double bed); a fully equipped private kitchen (hob, microwave, kettle, fridge and eating utensils); private bathroom with modern shower; and a TV. There is no access to the rest of the house; however the room is fully equipped with a private kitchen and bathroom so everything you need will be there. The room is accessible from outside via a separate, private, entrance, thus guaranteeing complete privacy for our guests. Outside the room, you will have access to the garden, where you can sit down and enjoy a delicious Czech beer whilst enjoying the beautiful view over Prague! The room is attached to my house, where I live with my large family. When we are home we will mostly be available in person to provide any help or advice; otherwise we can provide support online or by phone if there is anything we can help you with! Our neighbourhood is very residential, quiet and safe with a lovely view over Prague. There is a local shop a few minutes walk away that has all the daily necessities. There is a parking space 5 meters from the house which is protected by security cameras and always available to our guests. It's a quick and easy journey to the center of Prague from our place. By car, it's only a 15-minute drive downtown. Alternatively, a 10 minute walk from our place there is a bus stop, from which a bus runs every 5 minutes and takes you on a 10-minute journey to the metro, from which you can easily access the center of Prague within 5 minutes. Once in the center, everything can be reached very easily - including all the tourist destinations such as Charles Bridge, Prague Castle, and the Astronomical Clock. At night you can return back home for some peace and quiet and a good night's sleep, rather than being in the noisy city center. Please note, we live at the bottom of a small hill, which is why we have a beautiful view over Prague. The hill is not very steep and easy to climb in about 4 minutes for most people, however it may be challenging for people with reduced mobility who plan to travel by public transport.
