Luxury Beach house in Pountazeza Lavrion, fully equipped, 100meters from the sea, 1klm from Pountazeza Beach,6km from Temple of Poseidon in Sounio,really close to Olympic Marine!Wonderful garden,to relax and enjoy the sea view,nicely decorated rooms! On the first floor there is a wide undivided space that includes a country style kitchen with retro oven and fridge and a chill out lounge with two fluffy sofas a bed-sofa and a nice rustik fireplace. At the same floor there is a small retro yellow restroom and a luxurious bedroom with a foor-poster-bed and a nice pink color in the wall. Both louinge and bedroom have acess to a nice wide balcony with wonderful sea view! There is also a back paving yard, with many trees roses and other flowers, there is a barbeque and also space for parking. The inside staircase is wooden and leeds to the upper floor. In the second floor ther are three unique bedrooms and the main bathroom. The light blue bedroom, there you will find a king size wonderful bed and an antique closet. The light pink bedroom, there you will find a four poster bed romantic style, with water stratum. The grey bedroom, with a small one person bed. All bedrooms have acess to a wonderful wide balcony with a unique view of the sea, the nearby marine, Lavrion and the island Makronisos. The nice wide bathroom with the rustik bathtub is ideal to relax and renew yourself. Cozy, luxury, nice decorated, ideal to relax and enjoy sea and sun! Access to all the rooms of the house One member of our family will be available to welcome you and guide you in our house and the territory! Nice, quiet neighboorhood, our house in front of Archipelagos group. There are not many builfding in the area except groups of beach houses. Really close to the beach and the Olympic Marine You can have access to the house by car through Lavriou avenue or Sounion beach avenue. You can also reach to the center of Lavrio or Sounio by Attice buses. There is parking space in the back yard.
