A modern one-storey family house overlooking a little source of fresh water with its charming waterfall. The house is situated in the Dalmatian inland; 350 meters from Hrv center 5 minutes from the town of Sinj 30 minutes from the city of Split and its beaches 1 hour from the amazing Krka waterfalls 1 hour from Makarska and the most beautiful beaches in Croatia The house offers three shabby chic bedrooms, open concept kitchen living room, bathroom and toilet, a larger terrace and a smaller one. There is also the garage and two outside parking spots free of charge. The place is provided with free wi-fi, Netflix, Hbo Go and Evo Tv. Nintendo switch - Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is at your disposal too. The house is overlooking a fresh water spring with a little river and its charming waterfall (water temperature is always 11 C regardless of air temperature). It is surrounded with refreshing greenery. Take a swim in the Peruća Lake, the second largest artificial lake in Europe and enjoy water sports. There are also plenty of other outdoor activities to choose from; horseback riding, cycling, canoe safari, paragliding, quad biking... Restaurant,supermarket and caffe bar are within walking distance.
