Microwave and toaster too. On the terrace is a Weber grill. Lighter is present, not coal. Satellite TV, Xbox ONE, PS3 and Telescope. Total area 100sqm. The house has a utility room with washing machine and fixed clotheslines, outside is a clothes dryer. All windows in the bedrooms and bathroom are equipped with insect protection and can be completely darkened (shutters + blackout blinds). The property is the last house of a cottage settlement with 6 houses. The next inhabited bungalow is about 75m away. On two sides is the lake, to the left a neighbor and to the fourth side a paddock. At the paddock also leads a hiking trail along.
