NB: £20 per night is only for Ukrainian families. Normal tourist rate is £31. Two-bedroom private apartment for 4 ad & 1 ch over 4 yrs. A small bedroom with an English double bed and a large bedroom with twin beds and an |kea foldaway bed, which is suitable for a child ONLY. The twin beds can be joined for a couple into a King size. Versatile accommodation for families with three children or for two couples. However we do not provide cots and prefer families with children from 4 years of age. GARDEN VIEW apartment with it's own private rustic courtyard and patio - up to 4 adult guests and one child, 2 bedrooms, a smaller with a double English bed, one spacious with twin beds which can be joined for a couple and comfortable lounge/diner. An Ikea foldaway bed for a child over 4 years. House was built by a German glass manufacturer 1897 and renovated by us. Lovely alpine garden on top of a hill, on the edge of the town with views of forests and mountains - with your own private rustic courtyard and seating. Within easy driving or coach, 100 kms from Prague. Giant and Jizera mountains are a short driving distance with several skiing resorts. For up to 4 adults from 21 years or adults with 3 children from 4 yrs upwards, ideal for older children. We regret that we are not able to accommodate families with babies or toddlers. No backpacking groups of teenagers, hen or stag parties. Two double bedrooms in an individual, private, Retro renovated apartment, on raised ground floor, with only a few steps to climb. For two to four adults but can accommodate a child / teenager on a foldaway bed in the larger bedroom or in the lounge. The apartment consists of: entrance hall, kitchen with with all mod cons but no dishwasher. A breakfast corner, spacious bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, two double bedrooms, spacious lounge/diner with retro furniture, HD TV and DVD. The smaller bedroom has an English double bed, a sitting area with a TV and a wardrobe. The larger bedroom has two twin beds which can be joined together into a King size bed and English retro furniture, see pictures. The apartment has a gas central heating and hot water boiler. Included in the rental price is the cost of cleaning after your departure, bed linen, tea towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, washing up liquid, gas, water and electricity. For clients who travel by plane or train we can also provide towels. For clients who drive to our house we ask that they bring their own towels. Minimum stay is 5 nights. Free Parking is by the house gate. Free WiFi is also provided. Spacious cellar storage for your bikes and skis. These are not allowed into the apartment due to potential damage to the walls. The apartment is totally private, self-catering, used only for occasional holidays so in a very good condition. When we are in residence, we stay in our family apartment next door, otherwise we live partly in England. You can also make JABLONEC NAD NISOU your base to visit PRAGUE and other beautiful surrounding regions, the BOHEMIAN PARADISE (Cesky Raj) Geopark, JIZERA and GIANT MOUNTAINS (Jizerky & Krkonose), mountain observation tower restaurants, fairy tale castles. Jablonec nad Nisou is a lovely interesting town, a centre of glass and costume jewellery industry. We get many costume jewellery buyers from around the world staying with us. Visit the large university town of LIBEREC with many attractions, a Regional Museum, Zoo and Botanical Gardens, and on the edge in Hanychov is the mountain and tower restaurant accessed by a cable car called JESTED. Or the many surrounding skiing resorts in the Giant and Jizera mountains, attractive any time of the year. You can be in the centre of Prague within 2 hours door-to-door. Express coaches leave for Prague every hour from the Jablonec Bus Station, which is only a 15 mins walk away or a short taxi ride. The bus journey takes 1 hr 10 mins to Cerny Most Metro (Black Bridge Underground station). The coaches also run frequently from Cerny Most Metro back to Jablonec into the evening. You can then reach the Prague Center in about 15 mins by underground. The coach tickets are cheap, approximate 5 Gbp each way. Public and Town transport in the Czech Republic is excellent. Just round the corner from our house is a Train stop / Zastavka Jablonec n. N. with a quiet railway line. An electric modern carriage will take you to either Liberec or to the mountain resort Spicak (Pointed Hill) in Tanvald every hour. You can also visit Poland within an hour, Szklarska Poreba ski & recreation resort. The Jablonec Train Stop is on Demand only, so you need to press a button in the carriage if you want it to stop at small stations. Very close to several good Skiing resorts, for visiting Prague, the Bohemian Paradise and other lovely regions and mountains resorts, for business trips. Skiing, Snowboarding, Biking, Boating, Fishing, Gym, Hiking, Horse Riding, Rock Climbing, Mountain Biking, Restaurants, Shopping, tennis, Theatre, Cinema, Cultural centre, Castles, Water Sports, Zoo/Wildlife Park or Botanical Garden in Liberec, Photography, Video filming, Nature watch, Architecture history, Museums. You will occupy the whole private two bedroom apartment without sharing. If we are staying in our own family apartment in the Pink Street House, we shall be available to help you with any problems, tourist or travel plans. Otherwise we are available via email and texting. Your rented apartment is on the same floor as our apartment - but they are both separate and private via double locked doors. Our housekeeper will prepare everything for your arrival in our absence. A quiet picturesque area over looking cottages, smart villas, fruit gardens, woods and mountains. Lovely for walking, on the edge of the town. The Jablonec town centre is about 20 / 25 minutes walk away. A quiet electric train stop is round the corner, a few minutes from the house. It goes to the mountain skiing resort Spicak in Tanvald and to Poland. Or to the University town of Liberec, 25 minutes away in the opposite direction. Public transport in the Czech Republic is cheap and efficient. From Liberec you can get a train to Dresden in Germany. The nightly price will include the Jablonec Tourist Tax of £0.75 per person over the age of 18 per night which we the owners have to pay to the Jablonec Town Council.
