A charming studio in vintage West Sussex

A perfect place to stay in the south downs. Continental breakfast. Walkers etc very welcome. Located in the charming village of Upper Beeding with 2 pubs and run of shops all within 2 minutes walk. Entrance is private and you are totally self-contained. We will be available during your stay and if we are away we will leave appropriate contact numbers. The south downs and locality are vintage England. Coffees in Steyning and access to Brighton are ideal. The South Downs way is a lovely place to enjoy with views and walks to die for. Travelling to Brighton is 15 mins away and all the local villages have charming pubs to sample.
