Located on a private property not far away from the beach, a flawless decorated double room enriched by an extra sofa bed, living room at the entrance with a table, fridge and coffee pods espresso machine and indoor restroom. Previously used as a private office, these rooms have been recently renovated and redecorated for the pleasure of taking care of all guest’s needs. The rooms, separated from the owners’ residence, ensure full privacy to the guests. The owners, by the way, are always available in the upper floor for any need. The rooms are well furnished in a decorating style where classic meets modern. The wide window in the room ensures all day the right lighting with the relaxing view of a lemon tree that enriches the area with a natural and pleasant lemon scent. The entrance, well endowed with a table and chairs, is perfect for using laptops or recreational purposes like cards and board games. Some good readings are always available for to the guests on the two bookcases, while the self programmed air condition ensures a constant temperature, both on summer and winter. Guests can enter the building through a wide and refined entrance, to find their dedicated area through a door with lock without crossing the owners apartment, located on the upper floor. The room is already provided with linens (sheets and towels) and are changed on a weekly basis together as is the room cleaning. Any special need can be communicated to the owners. The room is also provided with an espresso machine always available for the guests, using coffee pods or hot beverages pods. For giving you a true local experience, breakfast is always included in the price and served at a local café not far from the building.
