A spacious dining and games room covers the ground floor with an ornamental ceramic wood burning stove, a charming family corner, table football and a large tv to make your relaxation cosy and comfortable. In the bar there is a beer pump and cooler where you can connect your own beer barrels or order from us in advance. Here is also a fully equipped kitchen and entrance to the covered terrace and barbecue area. Three large bedrooms decorated in czech country style with en suite bathrooms are on the upper ground floor, bedroom 1 for 6 guests, bedroom 2 for 5 guests, bedroom 3 for 4 guests plus one extra small bedroom for 2. Each bedroom has its own balcony. On the upper floor there is a second kitchen, dining and living area, bedroom 5 for 3 guests, bedroom 6 for 4 guests,plus loft sleeping for 4 and a sofa bed for 2 and 2 more bathrooms. The tennis court has a covered seating area with table football and flood lights. The garden is bordered by a mountain brook which provides a relaxing background to your terrace relax and a place to cool your feet on a hot summer day. Or sit round the outdoor fireplace and enjoy the clear starry nights. Villa Vykmanov is a spacious, holiday house for small or large groups and you will have it all to yourselves. Bedrooms will be prepared for you according to the size of your group. For groups over 15 guests, we automatically open the upstairs appartment. We live minutes away from the house and are available to help and advise our guests as much as possible. The village of Vykmanov near Perštejn is in a beautiful environment surrounded by forests and unspoilt nature. The location is ideal for walking trips to the surrounding countryside / to the local brewery in Perštejn, for cycling excursions along well-marked cycling routes. In winter, excellent cross-country trails start 2km from the house and a small ski resort 3km, a large ski area 15km.Also the possibility of free climbing on local rocks at the river Ohre 3 km from the cottage. Vykmanov village is on the mountain road leading from Perštejn to Mědenec. Easily accessible by car. The train station in Perštejn is the nearest public transport about 5 km away.
