Farm Stay nr Silverstone & Bicester Village Shops

I am a kiwi host offering warm friendly hospitality. Our small farm is just off the A43 convenient to all amenities in Brackley and convenient for Silverstone and shopping at Bicester Village is just 12 mins away. The self contained flatlette is one wing of our converted barn. There is a small kitchen to self cater breakfast. Absolute privacy. Peace. Good local pubs. Our garden is a haven of nature we are proud to share. The bedroom is in one wing of our barn with a separate entrance and complete privacy. There is underfloor heating and space in wardrobe and drawers so you can really settle in and feel at home. You self cater breakfast in the Ikea kitchen which adjoins your living space, this means you can be ultra flexible with eating and I stuff the larder full for you to design your perfect breakfast. There is a washing machine in the south wing which is available for your exclusive use. Home away from home! The south wing is self contained single room. The entrance is shared to the main house but turn left and you're in your own private world. We have wifi piped directly and exclusively into the south wing. There is a super large HD TV with hundreds of channels to choose from. Being a farm, you can roam around and enjoy the outdoors. Happy to show you how to walk the mile into town. On a summer evening, with a torch you'll even make it back from the pub easily. I work from home so mostly I'm here to help you find your way around. In summer I might be working with the alpaca and you're welcome to come and watch. If we can catch them, you can even have a cuddle. Brackley, our local town, is not very pretty but you will find everything there you can ever need. Waitrose is our best supermarket; Boots the chemist; a first class dry cleaner; cafes; best bookshop; a sports centre etc Sorry the public transport locally is rubbish, you will need a car. However, London is only 45 mins away we have two different fast train services from Bicester North and Bicester Village. It is positively commuter belt now. Husband is in a band, they may be rehearsing in the other wing of the house. If you're in the south wing you won't hear much and they don't practice late but you might here the odd dull thud of a bass . Please don't plan to stay with us if you have just arrived from abroad. We have some vulnerabilities and want to stay Covid-safe. On the other hand, this is great news for you, because you'll know you are staying at a venue that takes your health seriously. We have a thorough cleaning protocol in place, and we will meet you wearing a mask (with a smile).
