Beautiful lake view close to CPH

Our house is placed next to a small lake, and from the house and the garden you have a perfect lake view. Take a swim in the lake after a beautiful day exploring Copenhagen. Within a radius of 20 min you will reach Copengaen, the Castles and beaches north of Copenhagen. The house is perfect for families Our home and garden have space for activities for you and your family. When not swimming, take the fishing rods and capture some fish in the lake. Our garden have nice fireplace, playhoase and a trampoline for kids and playful adults. We have two very sweet cats The surroundings The nature around us is beautiful and you can take some great walks. You are welcome to take our bikes and explore the woods and lakes in the surroundings. We have several lakes with beaches and a beautiful forest close by (less than 10 min on foot) and within 10 minutes by car you can reach the coastline north of Copenhagen. Within a radius of 20 min you will reach: Copenhagen Louisiana, Museum of modern art Kronborg Castle in Helsingør - North of Copenhagen Frederiksborg Castle in Hillerød - North of Copenhagen The ferry for Sweden Place Our home It is a cozy two-storey house from the 1950. The house has just been renovated and has a brand new first floor and bathroom. In all you will have 140 m2 spread over two floors and a 1250 m2 garden. You will find kitchen, bedroom, dining and living room on the ground floor with direct to a big terrace and the garden. Bedrooms On the ground floor you will find; One bedroom with a double bed (160x200) On the first floor you have two bedrooms: One room with a double bed (140 cm x200) The second room with a double bed (140 cm x200) and a sofabed (120x200) One first floor you will also find a common area with two beds - perfect place for children to play and sleep. In this common area you will also have a television and a Xbox. You will be close to shops and public transports. Please note! Cats If you would like to book our house it will be an advantage if you are comfortable with cats. Our cats normally live in the house in our rooms. During your stay, they can live in our basement with exit and entrance via a cat flap in the door to the garden. During your stay the cats will be around the house and if the doors to the house are open, they will probably seek inside. If you stay more then 3-4 days in the house we will be grateful if you will refill the cat feeder (about every 4th day) Staircase to the house outside Our house has recently been renovated with a new first floor. House and garden appears very nice. We need however to renovated our staircase to the house outside, which are somewhat rundown after the renovation, that is our next project:)
