Modern house 700 m to quiet beach. The house offers all facilities incl fiber internet for music/tv/film streaming. Large enough to comfortably house an entire family and still having your relaxing moments. Close to sea and beautiful nature for walks, cycling paths or other activities. Absolutely quiet place, great view out to a large garden -and sky all around. The house is maintained by professional services such as cleaning - and gardener. Nice open lightly coloured typical scandinavian modern country house. Well laid out with plenty of garden area, which both create quietness when required but also great for playing around with kids. The proximity to the City of 5 mins by car makes daily shopping easy. The City offers everything in terms of shops/cafés, seafood etc. Its situated only a short bicycle ride (10 mins) to the main city Nyk. Sjaelland that offers great shopping. Thereto about 10 mins. to the old harbour of Rorvig with its cosy sourounding and smoked and fresh catch of the day. There are great outdoor activities near by, golfing, fishing etc. We will stand/by during your entire stay should you have further requirements or if any of the amenities are not functioning suddenly. You can also take the train from Copenhagen to Holbaek, from where a bus will take you the rest of the distance. From Copenhagen by car its abt. 1 hour, by train 1,5 hour. Once you arrive at Nyk. Sjaelland you will have to walk about 10 mins. approx. Internet services not provided yet but on order. The streaming box Apple Airport is provided with a large plasma TV in two rooms. Most of the year the weber gas grill is ready to use for a perfect meak., as well as lots of toys, badminton, crockett, table tennis etc
