Trimingham the perfect spot by the seaside! Peaceful walking the Norfolk coastline, lazy or fun packed days - our traditional caravan is for you! Watch a beautiful sunrise over the sea! The caravan park has outside swimming pool, free parking, lighting, cafe/restaurant, launderette, small shop. Club House with social distancing. Free WiFi in the clubhouse. Caravan has 25gb free Wifi per week, additional Wifi can be purchased if required, Smart TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney channel Our caravan is positioned against a hedged bank giving you more privacy as there's no caravan behind it, also no passing cars or pedestrians. There's the lovely surprise view of the sea and coastline to Mundesley from the large front window too! Just a few steps away from beautiful cliff top coastal views. We have used it as our holiday home, so it is kitted out with all home comforts. Galley kitchen is fully fitted with a 4 ring gas hob, grill, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge w small freezer. TV and DVD player and DVDs, board games and books. Decking along the whole front with table and chairs, perfect for breakfast in the sunshine or al fresco dining catching the last of the evening sun with a nice cool drink! A barbecue is available for use on the decking or on the beach! Please see "Other things to note" section regarding bed linen and towels. Largest bedroom has a double bed with fitted cupboards and wardrobe. Second bedroom has fitted cupboards and wardrobe with 2 single beds which can be pushed together, there's also an additional double pull out sofa bed in the living room area. Bedrooms and bathroom are fitted with electric radiators. There is gas fire in lounge area, or an electric plug in radiator, small fan heater, and fan. Our caravan is located within a short walking distance to clubhouse but you are not affected by any noise. Access to beach by walking and car. Guests can use the whole caravan, also full use of decking and patio table & chairs, sun loungers and wind breaker for creating the perfect sun trap just in front of caravan on the grassy area or on the beach. There is space to park alongside the caravan or nearby small car park. We live in nearby Norwich and can be reached by email or mobile for any questions you might have. There is also on site reception office for any questions about the area and leaflets for things to do around Trimmingham, Cromer, Mundesley and North Norfolk coast. There are some lovely marked coastal walks to see the beautiful coast, you'll be surprised seeing para gliders floating overhead, jet skis, fishing boats, family's enjoying themselves or you can walk further on and have a lovely peaceful picnic or BBQ on the beach, it truly is wonderful! All within a 10 min walking distance to the caravan.. There's the Coastal Walk to Cromer and other coastal towns or a 5 min drive to Mundesley, 10 mins Cromer. Not to be missed in August is the Cromer Carnival Festival Fireworks! Nearby Mundesley has the Ship Inn which is great for meals and drinks, within a leisurely 35 min walk along the beach or clifftop. Take-aways can be delivered to the club house for collection, why not have a drink while you wait! Club house BBQ during busy periods. Overstrand has some good pubs and restaurants, The Cliff Top Cafe is a must for a break when walking to Cromer. Local Tesco Express for those essentials too. The village of Overstrand 2.5 miles with the beautiful Sea Marge hotel ideal for afternoon cream teas. For Food lovers enjoy a great meal at the Falconers Arms in Northrepps, and don't forget to sample the famous Cromer crab and lobster. The Victorian seaside town of Cromer is only a 10 minute drive away and offers shops, restaurants, pier with theatre, pubs, supermarket, museums, cinema, amusements, train and bus station. August they host a spectacular Carnival week make your way to the pier to watch the firework display fun for all. 2 links Golf course with in 15-30 minutes drive from the site. Fishing at Gimmingham Lake is just 2miles away. Sheringham 11 miles is a lovely seaside town which has a 40s weekend focused north around the coast are the villages of Well-next-the sea voted the best beach in Britain. Cley with its famous windmill and bird reserve to name just a few, to around the Steam Railway in September (not to be missed ) and a little further the south . Great Yarmouth with all its facilities is 30 miles. slightly inland (20 Minutes) )is Wroxham a well known boating attraction on the Norfolk broads. The Historic City of Norwich is within easy reach. Lovely signed Norfolk coastal walks to Overstrand, Cromer and Mundesley. Around 35 mins walk to Mundesley and 2.5 - 3hrs to Cromer along the beach or clifftop, just lovely on a summer's day! If you prefer to catch a bus, the stop is outside the caravan park entrance to Cromer, Holt, Sheringham, North Walsham and Norwich, or there's the local taxi service. Train stations in North Walsham and Cromer for quick access along the coast or Norwich city. £5 - returnable deposit for swimming pool bands. You will need to bring your own Bed Linen and Towels. Duvets and pillows for all beds are at the caravan. For an additional £30 paid before arrival, beds can be made up with all bed linen provided. Or please bring your own bed linen: BED LINEN REQUIREMENTS - Kingsize duvet cover - Double sheet - 2 pillow cases - 2 single duvet covers - 2 single sheets - 2 pillow cases If using pull-out bed - 2 single duvet covers - 2 pillow cases - 1 double sheet Bed linen for all beds can be supplied and beds made up for your arrival for an additional £30. There are extra throws in each room if needed. Bathroom consists of two cupboards, toilet and shower. The caravan park has a launderette with washing machines and dryers and small shop and cafe. Minimum stay - 2 nights Caravan is available from 3pm on your arrival day.
