Cosy self catering annex in a semi rural location

A warm and cosy annex in a beautiful location just outside Horsham. Situated at the top of a hill you will have views of the south downs and north downs (on a clear day). The annex offers a comfortable stay with everything you need. The annex has 2 bedrooms, lounge/dining area, kitchen and bathroom. The main bedroom has a double bed and room for a cot, which can be provided. The second bedroom is on the ground floor and offers 2 single beds. Also on the ground floor is the bathroom, which has recently been refitted with bath and over head shower. You can enjoy the convenience of being self catering with a fully fitted kitchen. The lounge provides a very comfortable sofa, armchair, large TV with freeview and DVD player. Outside you are welcome to enjoy our gardens and maybe eat al fresco on the table and chairs. Access to the annex is round the back of the house through a shared porch. The door to the annex is then locked. We live right next door, so we are available to you during your stay. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need anything. We are situated in a semi rural location at the top of a hill. It is a 5 minute drive in to Horsham market town, which boasts some lovely restaurants, pubs and shops. The village of Southwater is also a 5 minute drive which provides 3 pubs and a parade of shops along with a lovely park. The property is approximately 30 minutes drive from Gatwick Airport. Taxi's can be arranged should you require. Horsham Station is a short taxi ride away, providing regular trains to London and the south coast. We are in close proximity to Downs Link, which provides amazing walks and cycle routes. Please note, we live in a semi rural location where internet speeds are not as fast as urban areas, but fine for most day to day use, although it can be slow on occasion. This is a supply not equipment issue. However 4G is very strong - enough for online meetings video streaming etc.
