Clean & cosy room in the heart of Leigh-on-Sea

An ideal base for exploring the vibrant local area, just a stone's throw away from the old town/seafront and a wide range of shops, bars, and restaurants that make Leigh so iconic. Only 10 minutes walk from the train station for trips into London and access to London-Southend Airport. Having lived in Leigh all my life I can give you plenty of info, work permitting will happily show you around. I can also recommend some of the best restaurants locally that I know you'll love as much as I do! Your room has everything you need including access to the garden, wifi, clean towels and fresh bedding. You also have use of the lounge, kitchen, and of course the bathroom. I also provide some basic essentials should you need them (makeup wipes, shower gel etc). I do also have a second fridge that you're welcome to use, I just keep condiments in there so there's plenty of space. After each guest the room is deep cleaned, sheets and towels are washed at high temperatures, and handles/switches etc are wiped with antibacterial spray... just to be safe! Most of what you'll need is within walking distance, including supermarkets (Waitrose, Tesco and Coop), there's also places like Superdrug, a bakers, and plenty of other independent shops and food outlets just around the corner. Parking (as with everywhere in popular Leigh) is fairly competitive. However I find a space outside my place the majority of the time, so it shouldn't be an issue. The train station is 10 minutes walk, if you have big bags and I am around I'm happy to collect you or a taxi is about £5 from the station to my door. There's also a bus stop at the end of the road which provides access to all local areas. The street itself is peaceful and friendly, as well as the boutiques, bars and restaurants you also have Waitrose close by. Everything in Leigh-on-Sea is within walking distance, it is worth noting that parking can be an issue with Leigh being such a popular area but you can generally find a space outside.
