Renovated 160 sqm holiday home for rent, located in the historic center of Torre Santa Susanna (BR), in the Alto Salento area. The house is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to a maximum of 5 people. It consists of: a large living room, three bedrooms (with a cradle, on request), a small anteroom, a large bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, three balconies, a small terrace. Possibility of free parking for one car. The house is equipped with every comfort: free Internet, air conditioners, radiators, fireplace, TV, washing machine, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, blender, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, moka. We also provide sheets, towels, shampoo / shower gel and detergents. Finally, the necessary items for breakfast are made available. No pets allowed and smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. The price of 35 Euro per night refers to a single guest. For each additional guest the price is 25 euros per person per night. A 15% discount is applied for weekly stays and 20% for monthly stays. Pursuant to article 109 of the TULPS, the details of an identification document will be requested at check-in. Near the house there are numerous bars, banks, post office and all necessary sales points (butchers, supermarkets, shops). Within the town it is possible to visit various monuments, such as the numerous churches and underground oil mills. At about 5 km from Torre, on the provincial road to Mesagne, is located the church of San Pietro di Crepacore, the most beautiful Byzantine monument that Puglia has dating back to the VI-VII century AD. C. Torre Santa Susanna is located in a strategic position to move comfortably to the Salento: a few km from the beaches of Salento, 30 km from Brindisi Airport and about 40 km from Lecce.
