A large beautifully decorated modern room on 1st floor of my private 4 bed house with desk, smart TV, chromecast, clothes storage, dining table & chair, window blinds and curtains , new carpet and family sized ensuite bathroom with shower / bath 12 mins walk from the town centre with a good variety of places to eat out, guests regularly tell me the Darjeeling and Original Thai on the High Street are both excellent and if you are driving many other nearby top notch pub restaurants This is a large 1st floor private bed sitting style room within my 4 bedroom modern townhouse The listing is not suitable for guests working shift patterns - normal 9-5 working pattern only Bedroom Lighting is discrete and adjustable and comes with it's own with its own private ensuite bathroom Towels and bedding are provided There is a new tinytots travel cot available should you have baby with you - There is a very handy Tesco Extra store 300 metres, 6 min walk away Car parking is limited to non marked bays only - there are usually some available , if not the road close to the side of the house is available for parking, - guest car parking is always at your own risk Guests share the entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen and stairs to the room This is a quiet private 4 bedroom house on an exclusive development 10-12 mins walk to all town centre services and amenities. The listing is not suitable for guests working shift patterns - normal 9-5 working pattern only I am pleased to help guests find their way around the area and to assist generally as required, light refreshments are available to purchase on request and am usually in most of the time During Covid Pandemic Guests are required to sterilise hands and wear face mask before entering the house at the front door and every time after being outside - remove mask when in the listing room. Please note no shift working - normal 9-5 office hours only The house is close to the city centre and yet we have cattle in paddocks at the side of the development, the development itself is quiet and very well maintained with landscaping. There are well defined and paved walks from here into the town centre, main rail and bus stations about 12 mins walk Huntingdon has a long history and a beautiful historic town centre well serviced with restaurants and some old english style public houses Guests say the Original Thai and Darjeeling restaurants are especially good The town centre bus and rail stations are a 10-12 min walk There are no official parking spaces at the listing however for those arriving by car can usually find a parking bay or you can park on the road to the side of the house- parking is always at your own risk - local taxi services are a phone call away The development is a 10- 12 minute walk from the rail station with major vehicular roads to the east and midlands. The historic town centre of Huntingdon is a 10 minute walk away while Cambridge is usually 12 miles and 20 minutes by car using the new A14 southern bypass The listing is not suitable for guests working shift patterns - normal 9-5 working pattern only Booking Reservations must be made by the guest, reservations made on behalf of third parties will be cancelled As a house rule I do require Airbnb reservations booked for personal use to be booked by the person who is going to stay at the listing only
