Carcassonne: What can I say about fabulous Carcassonne castle? It's well worth a visit and its only a short six minutes away by car. Spend a full day soaking in the atmosphere and learning about its history. Visit it at nite time and its a totally different experience. More relaxed and the choice of resturants and cuisine is unbelievable. The castle is a must do on anyone's visit to the area! Highly recommended.
