Church Path Cottage is a spacious two bedroomed cottage in the grounds of The Old Vicarage. It has its own access into the church car park and a path that provides a two minute walk to the centre of the village and the award winning country pub 'The Horseshoe'. Church Path Cottage is ideal for those seeking peace and tranquility or as a base to explore South Wiltshire and Dorset. The New Forest, Studland Beach, Stonehenge & the Cities of Salisbury and Bath are all within an hour's drive. Situated on the edge of the village, Church Path Cottage has gorgeous country views that change with the seasons. The cottage has a good size open plan living, kitchen & dining room. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with lovely uninterrupted views and a spacious landing that houses a daybed. The bathroom has a modern white suite with bath, wc, twin basins and a separate shower cubicle. Access to Church Path Cottage is such that you can come and go as you please. However if you have any questions or problems during your stay we live in The Old Vicarage next door and will be very happy to help you. Ebbesbourne Wake is a gem of a village nestling in the renowned Chalke Valley between Salisbury and Shaftesbury. The valley offers amazing walking, cycling and geo-caching. Annually there is the Chalke Valley History Festival in neighbouring Broad Chalke. Just twenty minutes drive is Shaftesbury with its famous Gold Hill. Golfers can play at Rushmore Park, Salisbury & South Wilts or High Post and there is racing at nearby Salisbury and Wincanton Racecourses. A car is essential to venture far afield but there is a local bus that runs hourly between Salisbury and Shaftesbury. Trains to London Waterloo can be found at Tisbury (15 mins drive) or Salisbury (25 mins).
