Vila dos M´s - in contact with nature

Beautiful village house with all amenities and comfort, in a superb rural setting which offers a privileged contact with nature. It is located in the quiet and hospitable Santo António Nordestinho parish, S. Miguel Island, Azores. "Vila dos M's" is a pleasant centenarian house, restored in 2016, respecting the respective architectural features. It is equipped with every comfort and convenience, featuring a fully equipped kitchen (new appliances, including refrigerator, oven and electric hob, toaster, microwave, as well as several essential tools for making food). Also features LCD TV with satellite TV and is given to the guest bath towels, linens and toiletries. The villa has a spacious backyard with barbecue and a nice garden with pool. You have a welcoming neighborhood. Allowed access to all divisions of the house except the attic. Guests can contact the host at any time by telephone contact available in the house. Whenever asked, there may be presencial contact. The house is located in the beautiful valley of the highest mountain in the island of São Miguel, "PICO DA VARA". This parish is also possible to achieve magnificent views of the north coast of the island, especially the viewpoint of "Borda da Ladeira", along the regional road, which offers a superb and unique view of the setting sun. This area also has: - The Cultural Center "Padre Manuel Raposo", who has a varied range of regional crafts (in front of "Vila dos M's"); - A traditional grocery store (in front of "Vila dos M's"); - A mini-market; - A Snack bar; - A Sports Club, with nice bar; - Viewpoints (emphasis on the "Borda da Ladeira"); - Rails and breathtaking scenery; The house is located in the - Estrada Regional nº 1, Santo António Nordestinho - Northeast, approximately 52 km from the city of Ponta Delgada, 35 km from the town of Ribeira Grande and 20 km from Vale das Furnas, excellent access to all other tourist areas of the island. Next to the house is a bus stop. The times are: - North / South (Northeast to Ponta Delgada) 7:10 a.m.; 11:30 am; 16h20 - South / North (Ponta Delgada / Northeast) 8:30 a.m.; 13:00; 18:10 In Santo António there is a taxi. The villa's garden is still in final stage (cultivation of some plants) which does not affect the stay of guests. The pool is seasonal, can be used from May to October.
