- Nice room (12m²) in row house - Queensize bed for 2 people with TV - Shared bathroom with big walk-in shower - 5 minutes walk to the train station and the FH Erding - 45 minutes to munich downtown by train - 10 minutes to Therme Erding by bus The room is on the first floor, cozy and can accommodate up to 2 people. You are sharing a bathroom with a big walk-in shower with us. Please keep the bathroom clean! - You’ll reach the ‘Therme Erding’ within 10 minutes by bus. - The company ‘Amadeus’ is only one train station away and easy to reach. - If you’re doing a flight attendant training at Lufthansa, you’ll be able to reach the Airport using the Bus no. 512. Please feel free to use our kitchen for small dishes (Toaster, Microwave). Furthermore, there’s a separate box only for you in the fridge. We have placed a water boiler, cutlery and other basic equipment for you in your room. Please be advised that we are not a hotel and do not offer breakfast! - Free wifi in your room, the house and the backyard. - Desk with office chair in your room. - Wardrobe and hanger are available in your room. - Free towels, toilet paper will be provided. - If you need an iron please let us know. During the summer you’re more than welcome to use our lovely terrace. Please be advised that smoking is ONLY allowed in the backyard. Long-term guests: - we’ll provide you with fresh towels weekly and fresh bedding fortnightly. - please keep your room clean. A vacuum cleaner and other cleaning material are available. - if you want to do your laundry you’re welcome to use our washing machine and detergent. There are some nice cafes, restaurants and bars around. The Cinema is 600m away and offers lots of different movies. If you need any advice where to go in the evening, we are happy to help you. - 5 minute walk to the train/bus station - 45 minutes by train to munich downtown - 50 minutes by train to the station 'Hackerbrücke' (Oktoberfest) - 10 minutes by bus to ‘Therme Erding’ - to AMADEUS one station with S-Bahn - to Lufthansa camp with Bus 512 If you want to do your laundry you’re welcome to use our washing machine and detergent.
