This is a brand new maisonette built in 2019 which can accommodate up to nine people. There is a 30 sq.m. veranda offering a wonderful view of the sea and the village of Karavomilos.Also, a shared garden of 150 sq.m surrounds the apartments. This is a brand new maisonette built in 2019 which can accommodate up to nine people. On the ground floor there is central air-conditioning. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances, cookware and tools for cooking. In the living room visitors can make use of the cast iron heater or watch TV. Also, there is a large veranda with a wonderful view of the sea and an outdoor shower too. The first bedroom on the ground floor, overlooking Sami bay, is equipped with a king-sized bed and a wardrobe. In the second bedroom there are two single beds and a wardrobe. In the bathroom there is a hydro massage shower and a washing machine too. In the attic there is a double bed and a semi double bed too. There, visitors can enjoy the starry night from the window on the roof! The maisonette is really close to Melissani caves(5 minutes on foot)) and the picturesque lake of Karavomilos whereas Drogarati caves are only a 3,5km distance by car. Only 100 metres away from the sea, the apartment offers a peaceful, idyllic place for relaxing holidays. It is also located in an ideal location in order to explore the rest of the island. For instance, it is only 15 minutes by car to get to Antisamos beach and 25 minutes to get to Mirtos beach, two of the most famous and beautiful beaches in Kefalonia. It is also a 20-minute distance on foot to the port of Sami or a 3-minute distance by car. Agia Eufimia is also very close, only 10 minutes by car. On the way to Agia Eufimia many small, wonderful beaches await the visitors! The maisonette is in the centre of Kefalonia, so it is in an ideal location in order to explore the island. In the village there are some restaurants, a bakery and a minimarket. Also there are tennis and basketball courts nearby and a football field too. In the port of Sami there are many restaurants, bars, a pharmacy ,banks, super-markets, medical centres etc. Το ισόγειο διαθέτει κεντρικό κλιματισμό.Η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με εντοιχισμένες ηλεκτρικές συσκευές και όλα τα απαραίτητα σκεύη για μαγείρεμα. Στο πρώτο επίπεδο στο σαλόνι οι επισκέπτες έχουν την δυνατότητα χρήσης τηλεόρασης και μαντεμένιας τζακόσομπας. Επίσης υπάρχει μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα τη θάλασσα, καθώς και εξωτερικό ντους. Το πρώτο υπνοδωμάτιο του ισογείου διαθέτει υπέρδιπλο σιδερένιο κρεβάτι,ντουλάπα και έχει θέα τον κόλπο της Σάμης . Στο δεύτερο υπνοδωμάτιο υπάρχουν δύο σιδερένια μονά κρεβάτια και ντουλάπα. Το μπάνιο είναι εξοπλισμένο με καμπίνα υδρομασάζ και πλυντήριο ρούχων. Στη σοφίτα υπάρχει ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα ημίδιπλο με θέα τα αστέρια από το παράθυρο της σκέπης. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στο σπήλαιο της Μελισσάνης και στη γραφική λίμνη του Καραβόμυλου, ενώ το σπήλαιο της Δρογκαράτης απέχει 3,5χλμ. Μόλις 100 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα, το σπίτι προσφέρει ένα ήσυχο και ειδυλλιακό περιβάλλον ιδανικό για χαλαρωτικές διακοπές. Ιδανική τοποθεσία για να εξερευνήσετε το νησί (15 λεπτά από την παραλία της Αντισάμου και 25 λεπτά από την παραλία του Μύρτου δύο από τις ομορφότερες παραλίες του νησιού). Απέχει μόλις 3 λεπτά από το λιμάνι της Σάμης με το αυτοκίνητο και 20 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε ιδανική τοποθεσία για διαμονή στην Κεφαλονιά, αφού βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του νησιού. Στο χωριό υπάρχουν ταβέρνες, φούρνος και mini market. Στη Σάμη υπάρχει επίσης φαρμακείο, τράπεζα, ιατρικό κέντρο, super market κ.α. Επίσης απέχει 10 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από την γραφική Αγία Ευφημία. Στο δρόμο προς Αγία Ευφημία υπάρχουν υπέροχες μικρές παραλίες. Πολύ κοντά στη μεζονέτα βρίσκονται γήπεδα τένις, μπάσκετ και ποδοσφαίρου.
