At the Fox Park Gem home, we value all our guest, and we are always here to assist if you need anything during your stay! Detailed Check In instructions & access code will be sent the day of your arrival! Our neighborhood is a safe residential area that is uniquely diverse. However if you are the type of person for whom seeing racially and economically diverse people and neighbors would ruin your stay, please do not book with Fox Park Gem. HOUSE RULES - Smoking is not permitted inside the home. There is a $500 fee for violations of smoking - This listing has a strict no pet policy. There is a $250 fee for violations of pets and immediate cancellation. -Pets are not permitted outside or inside the residence. This extends to service animals. -In accordance with Vrbo rules, if a listing includes a shared space and an assistance animal would create a health or safety hazard to the host or others (EX: allergies or potential issues with other animals), you don’t have to host the guests with the assistance animal. -Therefore this property is unable to accommodate any animals. - No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation (Only 4 Adults can sleep in the unit) - No Parties, If the guests total exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party - No illegal activity is allowed on the property, if you are engaging in illegal the authorities will be called. - This home is not child proof but they are welcome at your own risk -Late checkout is $100 (unless approved) - Please do not alter this home walls, ceiling, and light fixtures in anyway - If anything breaks, spill or stains etc, please contact me immediately. -If you break, spill or stain any item in the property and a replacement item is required, you will be responsible for the replacement cost of the item. - Please do not take anything from the home. There are no souvenirs; everything in the apartment is for the enjoyment of our guest - THERE IS A $1,000 SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR ST LOUIS LOCALS (ONLY) This $1,000 security deposit is for the security of the property and must be paid at the time of your booking. If you do not fulfill the security deposit payment your booking will be canceled. The security deposit payment will be processed back to you 24 hours after check out in full if the below provisions are met: *No damage or loss to the property *Check out instructions are abided by *Occupancy limits are observed VIOLATIONS OF ANY HOUSE RULES WILL RESULT IN THE CANCELLATION OF YOUR RESERVATION WITH NO REFUND OR SECURITY DEPOSIT
