The Coach House - close to M1 J16, Silverstone Grand Prix, Althorp & Towcester Racecourse In rural Northamptonshire with stunning rolling countryside views yet easily accessible, a substantial, newly converted Coach House set in the grounds of the village Manor. Flore is a conservation, quaint, English village with views over the Upper Nene Valley, an excellent pub with great food, a post office and church. Excellent local amenities, trails for walking along the Grand Union canal, local pubs for dining and many historical houses to visit incl. Althorp, Dodford Manor, Holdenby House; the Shires Shopping Village and The Canal Museum are close by as is Northampton 7 miles, Towcester 9 miles and Daventry 7 miles. The Coach House is a substantial, detached, self-contained building accessed via a set of electric gates. There is ample living space with a bedroom and large sitting room upstairs [14 steps with handrail] and a kitchenette with mini oven and twin hob, a dining area with table and chairs and a bathroom downstairs. Wi-fi available. Not suitable for children or pets. Access to a walled garden with a secluded patio area, table and chairs and use of a shared drive with secure gated parking. We live at the Manor and are available to assist with anything during your stay, but otherwise guests can come and go as they please and need not see us at all if they wish (but do feel free to pop over and say hello!). This is a lovely village and we have wonderful neighbours so we ask that you be mindful of noise after 10.30pm please. Close to M1 Fast direct trains to London from Northampton station and Long Buckby Buses to / from Daventry and Northampton Minimum two nights booking due to additional cleaning and hygiene requirements.
