Room&private shower, near station

My house lies in a beautiful street, at just a 4 min walk from the station and 10 min to the city center. Located in the 'Green Heart' of the Netherlands Alphen in a perfect place to plan trips to different cities and enjoy the Dutch sceneries. The house is spacious, and located in a beautiful and quiet street. The room, shower and washbasin are on the second floor, which is entirely available for you. Toilets are on the ground & first floor. There is a double bed in the bedroom, and if desired there is also an extra bed just outside the room. Next to my house I have my own practice, with it's own entrance and toilet, where I work with my students during the day. I am around most of the time, especially during the week, as I work from home. Between students I am available for questions, and of course for urgent matters I am just a knock on the door away. It's a nice and perfectly safe neighborhood. The house has a very convenient location at just 4 min walk from the train/bus station, and 10 min to the bars&restaurants in the city center. At night the street is nice and quiet. Parking in the street is paid from Monday - Saturday. I have a visitors parking permit, however I often need this for my practice. Fortunately I also have my own driveway where you could park your car. Please let me know I you would like to use this, so I can make sure it's available. I have a very sweet labrador, who loves attention and all people he meets.
