College House and Annex, Southrop

College House is a family home for rental when the owners are away. An ideal family getaway for small children, with large living spaces, 5 double/twin bedrooms (1 with separate entrance), an enclosed garden and a 2-bedroom cottage, in the centre of idyllic Cotswold village of Southrop. The home will be meticulously cleaned prior to any rental but note that as it is a family home there will be elements of wear/tear, locked cupboards and personal items dotted around. Families only please. The highlight of College House is the space downstairs, a large open plan kitchen-living as the hub of the house, but also a separate cosy snug/play room, a separate drawing room and a dining room. Upstairs in the main house are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. In the garden/above the garage is the 5th ensuite bedroom and across the car parking is a two double bedroom two bathroom cottage with its own kitchen and sitting room. As this is our home, the house is 'lived-in' giving extra character! The extremely popular Cotswold village of Southrop with beautiful walks and access to the best pubs that Oxfordshire/Gloucestershire offer - including the Bell in Langford just 10 minutes drive. The village of Southrop is home to the stunning Thyme Hotel, Ox Barn Restaurant and Spa Less than 10 minutes away you will also find the wonderful Cotswold Wildlife Park and the high street of the stunning Cotswold town of Burford is also just 15 away. Lechlade-on-Thames, Fairford, Cirencester and Bourton-on-the-water are also within easy reach. The house has space for 3 / 4cars off road. Space-wise the house is ideally suited to families with children under 10 (included in the numbers).
