The Grass Roof Hub

We have a modern venue. Five separate bedrooms that can be hired all together or individually. All have bedding, storage and a vanity unit. Shared shower and toilets but very nice and clean. There’s a separate entrance next to the car park but most people use the main doors. The accommodation is self contained apart from the kitchen, which is within the main atrium. Plenty of parking and beautiful grounds make us unique to the area. We like to meet and greet but do have a lock box for late arrivals and early departures. We have some fab attractions such as the Bowes Museum, Witham arts centre, Raby Castle and High Force. We are near lots of public footpaths and the River Tees. Plenty of unique shops await you in town. We are around 30 minutes to Durham, 60 minutes to York, the Lakes and Newcastle. We have limited public buses but good taxis and links to the east cost mainline. We have community minibuses if you are a community group.
