Stand-alone studio with private parking & access

A recently refurbished, stand-alone studio suite at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, with parking right to your door, and contactless self-check-in and out. It's just around the corner from Gold Hill Common and the nicest pub in the area (The Jolly Farmer), and a short walk to the village centre. Chalfont Park, Chalfont Grove and Gerrards Cross are all 2 mins away, Pinewood 10 mins. Tea & coffee making facilities are provided along with mini-fridge (brand new and super silent), microwave & toaster; wifi & TV are also provided along with a Firestick so you can access your Prime & Netflix accounts etc; and you're more than welcome to come across and sit in the main garden, although it's lovely just sitting at the top of your steps, hidden amongst the trees. Park right by the steps that lead up to the studio. There is guaranteed parking for one vehicle. Additional parking can usually be accommodated, but please request in advance. The hosts are contactable throughout your stay, and since they work from home in the adjacent building, they're usually on hand to help, or accommodate last minute changes to your schedule. Beyond the excellent Jolly Farmer pub, Market Place offers you a great chip shop, a chinese, curry houses, coffee bars, a deli, a CoOp, an M&S foodhall & Dominos pizza, all within a 5 minute walk. OR a mile the other way, in Gerrards Cross you'll find more bars and restaurants (and a direct train to London Marylebone). OR if you fancy an hour's walk (through fields and woods) or a 10 minute drive there are fabulous country pubs to be found. As a separate building with parking right to the door, it's contactless from check-in to check-out, and fully Covid 19 compliant.
