Cozy apartment for 2

My place is close to great views, restaurants and dining, and outdoor activities. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, and the outdoors space. This one-bedroom apartment provides complete privacy. You have your private access to the apartment through its own front door. Once entered, you will step into the living space consisting of the bathroom (with heater), a kitchen and dining area with a sofa and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking pots and pans, bottled water, fridge and utensils. Not forgetting that there is also a storage room where you can put away your luggage and any travel gears. The second door opens into a cozy bedroom with a double bed and a chill-out corner (sofa and tea table) and a good heating system for the colder days. In the other corner, there is a study desk with international adapter. You have complete access into this apartment through its own front door. There is a small garden with apple and walnut trees and if you are lucky, you get to taste the first harvest. There are also 2 bicycles provided for guests (at no charge) so that you can explore the valleys, old city or get to the nearest bus stop. Once arrived, you will see a welcome kit with the house rules and a guide to how to get around this area (grocers, restaurants, bars etc) and various attractions that you should not miss. My dad just lives in the apartment above and he is a friendly old man who is happy to chat (in German or with hands and feet gestures if you don't speak German). Otherwise, you can always call or text me on my mobile and I will be very happy to answer your queries. Fuhrbach is located 7km (10mins drive, 20mins by bus) from Duderstadt. It is a nice, friendly neighborhood surrounded by valleys and local farms with very good trails for cycling and morning runs. Duderstadt is an old charming town dated from 929AD. It contains many historical buildings in the Half-timber style with the notable Westerturm, one of at least eight gate towers and peels of the city's fortress wall. Do check out the historic Town Hall which offers tours and also the Westerturm which has a very distinctive twisted roof. In this city, there are also quaint little boutiques and restaurants/bars which you definitely have to check out. Not forgetting to drop by the ice cream shop opposite the historic Town Hall for a scoop of Stracciatella ice cream. 2 bicycles are free for guests to get around. There is bus stop 400m walk from the apartment, which has a bus service running every 90 min to go to Duderstadt (more frequent in the morning). The journey to Duderstadt takes about 15 to 20 min. If you want to get to Goettingen, you can take another bus from Duderstadt (about an hour ride). 2 bicycles are available to use for free
