My place is close to Le Mans famous for the 24 hour race, Grand Prix and Classic car show. Alpes Mancelles - fantastic for walking, canoeing and many outdoor activities and family-friendly activities.. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the outdoors space and the indoor space. Set in the rolling french countryside with a private garden, views of the forest and a friendly bunch of animals on site.. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups. Converted barn, a real home from home - spacious, light and full of character. We live in the main farmhouse- on hand if you need us but respectful of your privacy. There is a south facing enclosed garden space with barbeque and terrace purely for your use. We have animals on site too - horses, pigs, goat and chickens - as well as 2 cats. You will have access to the whole of the barn conversion, private garden, shared courtyard, grounds and of course our furry friends. We live in the main farmhouse and will be there with a warm welcome, we're on hand if you need us and happy to advise on the local area and things to do but we respect your privacy and will leave you in peace unless you ask us not to. We are in the countryside in an agricultural area with views all around. The nearest neighbours are dairy cows. It is usually a haven of peace and quiet but at harvest time exceptionally the farmers can work into the small hours of the morning. SNCF train station at Sille le Guillaume 10kms from here, no other public transport. Taxi services operate from Mont St Jean and Sille le Guillaume.
