Large Holiday Home w/ Stunning Waterfront Views & Separate Guest house sleeps 12

Beachfront summerhouse in Nakkehoved close to Gilleleje with panoramic views across the Øresund Sea. This beautiful home was designed in the 1930s by an art deco-inspired architect and has recently been modernised, refurbished and extended. Maximum 12 guests in total. Flexible sleeping (10 beds in main house, 4 beds in guest annexe) The main house has a huge terrace overlooking the sea with large teak garden table and 12 chairs - plus a second smaller outdoor dining table on the other side of the house. Plenty of outdoor seating including 6 deck chairs and a large swing seat. There is a very spacious kitchen/family room with big folding glass doors over sea. The kitchen is very modern with induction hob, twin dishwashers and a Nespresso machine. As well as an LCD TV and music system in the main sitting room, there is a separate playroom with another TV for children, and a piano in the hall. It is centrally heated with underfloor heating throughout. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement. Large semi-circular Sunroom/dining room with a table seating 14. Master bedroom with superking bed and double doors opening on to the sea view terrace, and ensuite bathroom Guest bedroom 2 with twin beds with double doors opening on to the sea view terrace Guest bedroom 3 with twin beds Kids bedroom 4 with two pairs of bunk-beds (4 beds) Playroom with sleeping sofa with extra pull-out bed (sleeps 2) Large shower room. Guest toilet Outdoor shower. The separate guest annexe consists of 2 double bedrooms and a sitting room/kitchen and shower room and also has a deck with 4 chairs and a small table. There is a very large garden with football pitch, table tennis, gas barbecue. Use of adult and children's bicycles by arrangement. Plenty of guest parking. The property is available to rent by the week (minimum 7 night stay) - the changeover day is Saturday. The property has been used for company off-site stays as well as holiday rentals. The local area is beautiful year round with ample opportunity for walking and cycling through the countryside and along the beach cycle paths. And all of our guests enjoy just sitting on the large sofas and enjoying the fantastic view of the sea and Sweden which changes from hour to hour. There's also plenty of bird-watching, with a nest of kestrels in a tree close to the house.
