Access stairs not recommended for young children or elderly. Additional double room at the base of the stairs, separate shower room (at additional cost £25pppn) allows for 6 guests overall. Sky TV, Wi-Fi, off road parking, Hot-tub, 10 min walk to train station into London Victoria. Well-behaved pets & owners welcome. No smoking. Great location for Gatwick Airport, Brighton and South Coast, London, Hever Castle & Chartwell, walking distance to the races, surrounded by golf courses, leisure centres, races, and easy access to M25 for Bluewater and Canterbury - 45 mins drive. Bluebell Line 15 mins by car or train. Access will be through house-owners kitchen door but is a separate entrance. (Enclosed back-garden is shared), front- garden, furniture and bbq available. Local Co-op, 2 pubs with food, Indian, Thai and Mediterranean restaurants, takeaway fish&chips and chinese, garage, coffee shops, bakery & pharmacy. Train station into London is a 10 minute walk. M25 junction 6 is 20 minutes by car. M23 junction 10 is 20 minutes by car. Gatwick Airport is 20-30 mins away by car. St Piers School and Lingfield College are 5 mins by car. Three Bridges train station (20 mins away by car) have trains into London and Brighton all night. Buses run locally from the village. Hot-tub is inside the house and there are some exercise machines. Tumble dryer access downstairs. Easy dog walking access to Jenner’s field where there are swings and a skate-board ramp. Walking the South or North Downs is in easy reach (Views of the North Downs from the house) and the Tudor Trail , Penshurst Place for Point to Point & Westerham Brewery are 25- 40 mins away by car.
